Full week discount of 10% is included, applied to any child attending 8am – 6pm Monday to Friday. (if not in use of funded entitlement)
One calendar month’s written notice is required to reduce or terminate your contract.
Invoicing
Fees are collected in advance on the 1st day of every month and are to be paid by standing order electronically. Fees are calculated by taking the weekly figure payable X 51 weeks a year, divided into 12 equal payments and invoices are emailed monthly.
Late payment charges occur if fees are not settled by the 7th of the month.
Any additional sessions are added to the following month’s invoice. All fees are reviewed yearly.
Late Collection
When a child is collected late, Ofsted stipulate that two members of staff remain on duty for health and safety, therefore, a late charge of £8 per 10 minutes will be applied.
Funded Entitlement and Additional Services
We offer unlimited spaces for children who uptake the Funded Entitlement, you can find out your eligibility through www.childcarechoices.gov.uk and all ‘funded hours’ will be deducted from the total hours your child attends, this can be spread over a full year at 51 weeks or as term time only at 39 weeks.
The government states that ‘Funding is intended to deliver 15 – 30 hours a week of free, high quality, flexible childcare,’ they also state ‘that it is NOT intended to cover the cost of food, other consumables, additional hours or additional activities/education, therefore parents can expect to pay for these’.
Our Nursery offers access to many unique environments, specialised Educators and an outstanding array of opportunities.
The Nursery is permitted to charge for these additional services if you choose for your child to ‘opt in’ to additional services, these will appear as ‘daily environment fee’ on your invoices and are annualised.
These Services include:
- All consumables (inc nappies, creams, pain relief, sun cream ect)
- 3 fresh, home cooked meals per day and snacks through out
- Access to our children’s Cafe and kitchen garden full of homegrown fruit, vegetables and herbs.
- Growing and Cookery sessions
- Access to onsite farm and animals in our farm School/Hatchery
- Access to onsite Forest School with an investigation dome, including untouched land supporting biodiversity, (inc bee hives and bug hotels) with specialist teachers.
- Access to onsite Atelier (outdoor art studio/pottery wheel) with specialist teacher.
- Language specialist teaching including Sing and sign affiliated setting, staff trained in basic sign language to support in children’s early language skills.

These hours are claimed in advance and therefore we are unable to offer variable hours, or for unused hours to be carried over to the following term. Funded hours are only applied to regular weekly schedules.
